4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Portal for unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive activities, including attempts to gain unauthorized access or misuse company data or client information.

5) Intellectual Property

All content, systems, and trademarks within Tomuman.com are the property of Ambulance Appliance California LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials without written consent.

6) Third-Party Services

Tomuman integrates third-party services such as Google (authentication) and Twilio (SMS communication). Each service is subject to its own privacy policy and terms of use.

7) Limitation of Liability

The Portal and its contents are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambulance Appliance California LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Portal.

SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Messaging Terms apply to text messaging services provided by Ambulance Appliance California LLC through the Tomuman.com portal.

Program Name: Ambulance Appliance California LLC (Tomuman.com) Text Alerts
Purpose: To provide transactional text messages about job assignments, schedule updates, and verification codes for registered technicians.
Opt-In: You provide explicit consent to receive text messages during account registration on the Tomuman.com portal. As part of the signup process, you must enter your mobile number and actively check an unchecked box labeled with clear SMS consent language: “I agree to the Terms of Service, SMS Messaging Terms, and Privacy Policy, and I consent to receive transactional text messages from Ambulance Appliance California LLC (Tomuman.com) about job assignments, scheduling, and verification at the mobile number I provide. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” The checkbox is not pre-selected, and your consent is securely recorded along with your registration details (such as phone number, IP address, and timestamp) as proof of authorization.
